I know you’re all busy people, and life can get really stressful. I want to let you in on some tips for how massage can play a crucial role in every element of your wellbeing, from letting you get a good night’s sleep to helping you feel happier and less stressed out.

- Different types of massage and how to figure out which one is best for you, if/when you do decide to visit a professional massage therapist.
- DIY Massage for those who, for whatever reason, can’t make it to a professional masseuse as much as they might like to.
- Benefits of massage therapy. We’ll be delving into what happens within the human mind after receiving a massage. Chemicals change and hormones are released...but what does that mean for us?
- Who it’s good for. Of course everyone can benefit from massage! But there are certain people with chronic pains or conditions that should definitely be incorporating massage into their routine!
Massage is an incredible thing that I can’t wait for you all to learn more about. I promise that incorporating some massage into your life will change you for the better!
You might be thinking, “I can just go get a massage, why should I bother learning about massages?”
I know that it’s easy to say that you’ll schedule a massage for yourself, but I also know that life gets in the way. Setting aside an hour for ourselves can be difficult if we’ve got family, friends, and work to tend to. I also understand that massages can be a bit pricey for some people -- so I want to teach you ways to incorporate massage into your everyday life. So if you have a close friend or significant other who’s willing to roll their sleeves up and get a little greasy with the massage oil, invite them along (and make sure to return the favor)!
